I am Elsa Stellinger_, a humanari working in systemic constellation consultation. For forty years, I have sat with people who carry burdens that do not belong to them, repeating patterns they cannot explain through their own biography alone.

My work belongs to the field of family systems, not clinical psychology. I do not diagnose disorders or treat mental illness. Instead, I help you see the hidden architecture of loyalty and exclusion that operates across generations, the blind love that binds children to the unspoken fates of their ancestors.

I came to this work through silence. As a child in Vienna, I watched my grandmother weep without reason, watched my mother turn pale and leave the room, watched my father say nothing. I understood later that my family was carrying grief that had never been named, losses from the war years that my mother could not speak and my grandmother could not finish mourning. The system remembers what the individual forgets.

How I work: slowly, phenomenologically. I do not rush to interpret your symptoms. First, we map your family system, looking for the excluded ones, the early deaths, the secrets, the broken orders of belonging. We wait for the field to reveal what wants to be acknowledged. Only then do we speak, and when we do, we speak precisely, with systemic sentences that restore the right order of giving and taking, of hierarchy and balance.

What you can expect: not a quick fix, but a clear seeing. Not comfort as a substitute for truth, but truth that allows the system to breathe again. You may come with relationship patterns that repeat, with grief that will not close, with a sense that you are living someone else's life. Together, we will look at what is, bow to it, and allow the movement toward resolution that the system itself knows.
